Large plant pots
Large plant pots are becoming increasingly popular with both interior designers and gardeners at home. They can help to create a sense of grandeur, but also practically they can house larger plants. But which large pots are the best ones to go for?

What type of large plant pots are best?
Large plant pots made from resin, recycled plastic, wood, and even common textiles stand up to sunshine and wear. Also, they’re typically more lightweight making them multi-functional for both inside and outside. When we describe large, it can be quite subjective as large for one might not be large for another. Here at the Norfolk Olive tree, our large plant pots measure up to 200cm, which we definitely class as large! We are forever being asked by customers for large pots, and we are proud to be offering stunning lightweight large resin plant pots. They offer elegant minimalist designs with pure and simple lines. And, when matched with the perfect evergreen, they radiate luxury.

What plants look good in larger pots?
When it comes to planting larger pots and containers there are a whole host of plants that will not just survive but thrive. Of course, we are huge fans of architectural evergreens such as Yucca and palm trees but also cypress and olive trees would make an impressive statement. Also, blooms such as fuchsia’s Aucuba japonica (Japanese Laurel) Azalea, and Rhododendrons would also work well. The larger plant pots can be placed beside front and back doors for symmetry and to frame the door, but they also work well on patios and front gardens. One of the best things about large pots is their versatility. They can be placed pretty much anywhere, and if you want to change locations – you can!
