Larger trees are delivered by ourselves in our 4 by 4 truck with crane with a 3 metre boom reach. We endeavour to get your tree to its final destination.
We can also deliver with a Luton van so have all delivery options covered.
Olive Trees should be inspected immediately on receipt. It might be that smaller branches may get bent or broken in transit but this will not harm your Olive tree. We also recommend giving your tree a good soak upon arrival.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Olive Tree you have received you must notify us within three days. We will give your complaint our utmost attention – the future of our business relies on our reputation.
All our trees and plants are checked by ourselves before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied with your order your rights under the distance selling regulation allow you to return any item, in good condition to The Norfolk Olive Tree Company within 14 working days of receipt of your order, for a refund (excluding delivery costs). All costs incurred in returning items are payable by the customer.
Our Olive Trees do not come with a Guarantee as we can not be responsible for the way they are looked after once they leave our premises, watering drainage etc. We also cannot be responsible for any airborne pests and diseases such as box blight, fungal leaf spot or aphids within the environment.
We also cannot accept responsibility for non-flowering of Olive trees.
