Gnarled patio Olive tree Delivery Information
Due to their weight, our gnarled and more mature trees are delivered on a pallet using a specialist courier service. These deliveries differ from our standard service for younger, lighter trees.
Please note:
- Pallet deliveries require a flat, hard surface such as tarmac, paving or concrete. If your driveway meets these conditions, the courier will be able to wheel the tree up your drive using a pallet truck.
- Unfortunately, pallet trucks cannot operate on loose surfaces such as gravel or uneven stone. In these cases, delivery will be made to the kerbside or the nearest suitable access point.
- Our couriers are always as helpful and accommodating as possible, but due to health and safety regulations, they are unable to lift trees manually or move them across unsuitable terrain.
- Delivery can take up to 14 working days.
